But you can run windows on a Mac. 
Troubleshooting....man you just don't, or it's so simple it's hard. It's call rebooting.
lol...it's been a few years now, and not once was there a need to "Troubleshoot" like a PC.
And I demand much out of my Mac, it's not just for the internet, I actually do things with it that I really can't do on a PC.
Video editing, in HD at 24fps at the highest quality only a Mac can give you with Final Cut Pro. Not only can I run that program, but several other high performance software all at once.
My 8core rocks!
I know for a fact I can not do, what I need to on any out of the box PC!
If you like headaches use a PC. If you use a PC and you have no headaches then you are really not useing your PC.
Get a Mac it just works.

I think majority of people who get Windows viruses and have problems with their computers comes from their own stupidity (other than hardware issues obviously)

yeah usually its from limewire or something but there are those that you can get from just browsing the web and never downloading a thing, I like my mac where nothing can run till I say it can
