Sounds like an urban myth.
I've NEVER heard of anything like that. Freezing the trichomes makes them susceptible to breakage and falling off the plant.

sagmartha's tundra is good.
I want to try Dr.GreenThumb's version, either he's super good at bullshitting or he's got some connections. I think he's friends with Chemdawg who said he has the original G13, Chemdogs, MTF (his story was rather impressive for this strain), etc.
