This is beyond sexy. Good luck with anything you grow under that setup. By the way, you mentioned watering everyday, isn't that a bit much or is the top soil drying out that fast?

Watering everyday is not abnormal when plants start reaching that size.

They love to drink

Edit: Not only that, the larger plants are in such small containers that they will easily drink a full watering in less than a day.

As you can see from the pics above...the 14 clones are now put under the hps lights. I will veg them under there at 18hrs light for about 2 weeks. Then drop them into 12/12 to flower.

What kind of air movement do you have in your tent? Some of those clones look a little thin.

Ya that was the day they got transplanted and put in the big pots. So there hasn't been any veg growth in that tent under the hps's. Also it doesn't show in the pic cuz i added it after, but i have an oscillating fan in there.

The clones were transplanted into pots with Sri Lankan coco with a little bit of perlite added. They were put into 12 liter/3 gal pots and they are sittin on smaller pots inside a bucket to collect the runoff.
I went ahead and bought a dripper system, pump, and timer...and will set it up in the next few days...cuz hand watering those babies will be a bitch once they start drinkin lots.

how should i top or prune them for best results? and when?

I like to top at about 8-12" of height. That or a week after developed roots have been introduced to their medium. Sometimes I get a little impatient :awedance:

Ya then i shall top them after a week of veg under those lights...then give them a week to recoup. Then drop em into 12/12 and of they go.

Sounds like a good plan.

As long as you give them time to recover fully before flipping the lights everything will be fine and the branches will grow rapidly with the flowering stretch!

honestly dude I like to just LST my plants. it accomplishes the same thing as toping (even better IMO) without all the stress of removing your plant's apical meristem.

Exactly.

I stopped cutting and torturing my ladies once I realized how amazing and simple tying down is.  Creates a massive even canopy.  I would do it to my haze ladies cuz they are so tall, but I don't know how it will effect them in the beginning of the 2nd week of flowering.  Anyone?

Can u guys point me in the right direction to a tek or good info on LST?
Maybe i shall leave 7 plants alone and LST the other group for comparison.

There isn't need for an lst tek. Its pretty simple. I'm surprised someone with your expertise needs a tek for something as simple as LST...

No pictures right now cuz i can't find my bloody camera but...dropped them into 12/12 today....December 15th.
I've been told that this strain takes 8 weeks to flower...so we'll see. Will put new pics up as soon as i find my cam.
