Dream last night. Almost a nightmare  . In my dream I was at my parents house watching a fucked up movie. Then I started hearing weird shit behind me. It stopped so I decided to go to bed. I fell asleep (in my dream) and then woke up to the same noise. I started having a fucking panic attack in my dream. It felt like I couldnt breathe at all. It was freaky as shit because I thought I was really awake. But I was actually asleep. Weird.

Haha whore. Yeah I'm not in real life but aparently I'm a puss in my dreams. I think its just from anxiety. I have fuckin panic attacks sometimes. But they arent like normal panic attacks.
