Has anyone here on the Growery smoked and shot guns before?
Well, tommorow me and some friends plan on smoking some blunts and going out to his grandfather's property and shooting at some beer cans. I have never shot a gun before in my life, ironically though I own one.
Give me the low down on anybody's experiences/stories

I did once, yes.
I did it secretly though because one of the people we were shooting with was rather anti-smoking (or rather, ok with it, but not in this situation).

My friend(he doesn't want his name used, so its Mr. X) Mr. X, his grandfather is letting us use his stash of weapons, and I swear I have never been in a house with so many guns in my life. His grandfather's collection of guns in his house alone puts Cabela's to shame :P
This motherfucker has loaded pistols in his bathroom, living room, kitchen, rifles in the attic, his pantry is filled with food and boxes upon boxes of hollow point bullets and shotgun shells.
It's just mind boggling!!!

Well, he used to own a gun store back in his day, and then he got ratted on for selling fully automatic weapons and can no longer sell weapons 
But, he got to keep all the guns in his store and mainly sticks to "collecting" them now.
But Mr. X and I have decided if the Zombie Apocalypse happens, we are rollin over to grandpa's house

My favorite part about the fall is gettin stoned and shootin up pumpinks with the AK. Luckily I live out in the middle of bumfuck nowhere so I can get away with that sort of thing

Shot a .44 Deagle while smoking, it was pretty fun, helluva gun.
Also shot a .22 revolver, wasn't as fun.
My friend shot a .50 chrome Deagle the same time, he shot it at a fridge, and it knocked the fridge over. That was pretty hilarious.

I've shot guns drunk before, and that's always fun.
But yet have I smoked and shot guns, and I've been smoking for about 5 years now.
I would be scared to shoot a Deagle :O

Well, we are actually packing up right now and we are gonna set up camp. Hopefully I remember to bring my camera and I can show yall some pictures

Shooting is fun and not unsafe. I've done it with my grandpas since I was 3. Never stoned though.

Ive only gone shooting stoned a couple times stoned and honestly there were some close calls where I we would forget guns were loaded and leave them around for others to find later
be very careful, as long as your not super duper stoned it will probably be ok

Just don't be stupid...
Keep the barrel in a safe direction, use the safety, make sure to unload your guns, know where your friends are at all times...
Pretty much common sense...I smoke weed and shoot all the time...Granted I've been shooting guns since I was like 3 so I have the knowledge to do so.
Hell I even have friends where we go get shitfaced and shoot at night but I trust them.
Like I said...Don't b e stupid.

I would recommend handling the gun and shooting it sober before getting stoned and getting nervous and making a mistake.
I did it once with a machine gun - uzi - when I was like 13 or younger I thought I had the safety on and since that was really one of the first experiences I had with an automatic weapon I was nervous and pointed it at someone.
My finger was not on the trigger so in a sense that is my safety in a safety but it still could have been bad.

Bullshit story. I am a gun collector and used to be an FFL(licensed dealer). If he would have got caught selling ilegal class 3's he would have not only went to jail for a good while but he would have had all of the guns in his shop and all of his personal guns siezed. He also would have lost all gun rights for life in this country.
Not calling you a liar, because thats the story you were told by someone you trust. Just saying that someone is blowing some smoke.
By the way, I own a nice collection of guns and like to catch a little buzz before shooting. Just rememer to keep it safe. Keep the finger off the trigger, keep the gun pointed downrange, know what is beyond your target, and treat every gun as if loaded.

Thanks for callin bullshit on this I wanted too but was ignorant of the actual laws. I assumed automatic weapons would be a big fuckin deal.
