 I really need your help if you are good with Windows/computers

Well...I was fucking around with torrents, installed something. And then my computer went blue saying I had spyware and I need to get rid of it...but I know that was the virus. Right now I am logged in on safemode. Scanning with norton...found one thing and repaired it.
But the main thing is...its like it created a different administrator account on my windows, and took the administrative power away from my account. And it did a few things, like disabled my task manager and shit. I don't know the password to the new administrator account it created, is there anyway I can get in it?
Should I just give up on fixing this problem and reformat my harddrive?  I really don't want to reformat, but if I have to I'll do it.
Any help would be great, thanks.

I don't need a new computer, my computer is great. Its just this damn thing that happened a few minutes ago that really fucked up my windows. I tried system restore...but I have no fucking restore points!!! uhhhg.

theres no way a virus, or malicious user created a new account on your computer
its just not possible
MY OPINION
you are trying to hack someone elses account (which is easy)
you have no idea about anything
you have no idea about anything
regardless if some super hacker created a new user account you would be able to restart your computer without signing onto that account, granted if they are smart enough to hack that they are smart enough to made it so only the admin can sign on

yeh once you install software from some hackd website, who knows what you've put on your computer, and what settings have changed.
backup your good files and reformat that sucker... I guess before you do so, go ahead and find a trustworthy torrent prog ;p.. since you got nothin to lose by installing bad ones heh

yea...well, I just finished reformatting. My computer feels nice and clean  96% free disc space. Well...it was actually sort of f'ed, it was from thepiratebay.org, I was trying to install a cracked version of winzip pro, as soon as it was finished, that crap started happening. I should of known better, when I decided to download it, the torrent was just put up 1 minute before. whatever though, everything is fine now.

well...I had norton. But I decided to not reinstall it today because it randomly pops up during games and scans...and theres nothing in options to disable that. I went to fry's and bought panda instead.

I'd say just start everything over again. Back-up everything you need to an external HD, DVD's, or an iPod.
Restore the computer to factory settings, put everything back on the HD.
Then for the virus stuff, forget Norton......use Zonelabs Pro. If you downloaded that I could give you an account & password that would activate it. That'll do you good for firewall needs, etc. Then get AVG for the scanning & virus healing. And that's all you need IMO, never had a virus w/ that combo. Well I did but it was fixed in a second

dude all you need to do is get avast antivirus its WAY better than any other thing i have try ed i have had it for 3 years and i still have no virus
