Seedbay and seedboutique carry MoscaNegra C99, as well as WallyDuck's C99, and Reservoir Seeds is due to release a version in the coming year or so. Unfortunately, you missed the most recent release from all those breeders, so legit c99 is gonna be hard to find in seed form right now.
Joey Weed has F2's of the strain I believe, and they're not too expensive, but again, they are F2's.

oh that sucks. i came across some c99 via good friend, dont know if it was legit, its my new favorite, tastey and up. but thanks man.

cinderella 99 is so inbred it doesn't matter that the seeds are f2's.
Hell, all of the c99 seeds available are going to be f2's.
I'd go with joeyweed if they're available at hempdepot.ca

They consist of C99 BX-1 and a mystery c99 cross.

MoscaNegra crossed C99 lines from two different breeders, and then from the progeny backcrossed to the original female from the initial cross (as I understand it).
