 Nutrients, how often?

I've got "Hesi soil bloom" nutrients, the package says 50 ml / 10 liters
like that
But nowhere can I find how often I should water with 5ml/liter. Should I add the nutrients every time I water? Which is every second day. I don't want to starve my plants, but I'm afraid to burn them too. Any suggestions?

what sort of soil are you using?
is it fortified with it's own nutrients already?
if you're using a fortified soil (it has some sort of compost,worm castings, bat guano, blood/bone meal) it will provide nutrients to your plants for a while. if so I'd just feed water or alternate with water and nutrients (not necessarily at full strength)
I've never used Hesi before so I can't really comment. When I did grow in soil I used a fortified soil and didn't feed until the a couple weeks into flowering.

I'm using fortified soil, which contained the following nutrients (g/m^3):
Nitrogen: 210
P: 105
K: 225
Ca: 2000
Mg: 250
S: 120
B: 0.7
Cu: 2.8
Fe: 5.9
Mn: 3.6
Mo: 3.3
Zn: 1.6
They are on day 55 now, two weeks into flowering. Last two waterings I added 1/4 of the recommended 5ml/liter of Hesi nutrients. Maybe there's no real answer for this? I'll just have to learn how to read the plants and feed them thereafter?
Just that most other nutrient packages I've used (normally cheap stuff) says to use 1 cap every week, or something like that, and Hesi doesn't say anything about intervals.

gr/m^3 is roughly ppm it is when the density is that of water as far as I know your soil mix doesn't seem to be a heavily fertilized soil like foxfarm but I'm basically pulling that assumption out of my ass. I've only used soil a couple of times and each time I mixed my own up.
A fairly safe approach would be to feed your plants increasing amounts of nutrients (You could be fairly liberal and increase as much as 20% at a time) and back off when the plants start to show signs of nutrient burn. There could be problems with feeding every time as nutrients can build up in the medium, generally people feed every other day or every third day depending on the nutrients. Some mfg's will recommend every third day.
www.mandalaseeds.com has a soil guide that would be worth looking at I think.
Do you happen to know the brand of soil? Perhaps someone could provide you with more information.

If you have soil that has nutes like you do you could probably veg just fine and go a week or two into flower.. depends on your soil..
Its easier to mix your own soil less medium up.. then add nutrients as needed from the start.
25% perlite 5% vermiculite 70% sphagnum peat moss is what I have used.. however I am still new to soil grows.. so like I said do some homework, find what works for you.
I am switching to hydro, I would have to HIGHLY recommend a very very simple deep water culture..

I made my soil roughly based on dj shorts and big buddha recommendations
dj is something like
35% perlite
35% spagnum peat moss coarse cut (drains faster, has more air space)
15% worm castings
10% bat quano/green manure/compost
5% equal parts volcanic ash, washed sand, granulated charcoal, and trace mineral elements - General Hydroponics Rare Earth would substitute nicely for this.
big buddha is
35% coco
35% perlite
20% soil
10% worm castings
and a handful of quano
Both work well, I preferred when I followed DJ's recipe for the most part.
