Have all my equipment and nursery, vegetative, flowering, etc. All in 1 room. Also growing shrooms in the same room? should I have two separate rooms for that or what?

I dont see why not if the room is big enough and the lights from one section dont interfere with anothers

fact though is that air movment makes more air go through my gh and the current slits in it are now 2 big as to when they were in a closet.

You would probably want to use a monotub for your mushrooms. then just worry about your temperature for those. light and humidity would be your biggest issues with the cannabis.

You would need to be able to isolate the flowering chamber from the veg chamber in the room if you're doing a perpetual grow, otherwise your light cycles will get all fucked up and you'll end up with hermaphrodites. If you're just doing one grow at a time and a harvest every 3-4 months, it shouldn't be a problem to do that all in one room...people do it all the time.
You'd either need to do a martha setup with your shrooms, or like FB said, use a monotub. If your temps get too high, even into the 80's, your shrooms won't fruit.

How would I isolate the veg chamber from the flowering chamber? Black cloth or trash bags between the two areas?

Any way you want. Just keep in mind the main objective is to not let light leak out. If you are doing 2 different light cycles one 18/6 and a 12/12 you dont want the light from your veging to interrupt the night cycle of the flowering plants. your light would probably easily leak through the trashbag and cloth unless you had multiple layers. black/white polyfilm would work. what kind of a space are you working with?

it would be really easy to build a 2x4 framework and just put panda film (black and white poly) with the white side in around the frame.
The key, like FB said, is DO NOT LET ANY LIGHT IN OR OUT.
