 Leaves curling down

I have a seedling that's about two weeks old, and it's under a 150w Hps... The leaves have been curling downward ever since the first set of true leaves.. Whats the deal? Any ideas?

you feeding them a lot of N or have a Soil that's high in N?

Lol sorry man.. Here's some info:
My light is 9 inches from the tip of my plant. I'm growing in Jungle Grow Potting Soil, the nutrient analysis is 22-11-18. As of now, the soil is drying out. I don't think I've over watered because I've only done it when the soil is dry. It seems to hold moisture well, it takes about two days to dry. I have them in a grow tent made from black plastic and pvc pipe, its 2 1/2' long, 3' wide, and 2' tall. I have a 8 inch fan bringing air from outside, into the tent. Hope this helps, Thanks guys

judging from this I'm going to say N overload. Seedlings don't need any additional nutes until at least the first set of true leaves. Even then light doses are recommended.
