Check out this thread for more info on that.  On my drive home from work today I decided that I would reduce the light down to 12 hours on Friday.  I will still use the MH though.  Once the sex shows I will add the screen.  I have just read horror stories of people who have done lst to a screen only to have to undue it all after males were id'd.  I'd like to avoid having to back track.  I am just hoping I don't break any of the shoots while im doing the lst.
