That sounds interesting about topping blueberry plants to get more growth.
You have 13 clones of the blueberry? A journal would be a good thing, I would like to follow your experimenting!

Update time and today I saw some bad things...Upon inspecting buds i noticed 4 seeds on one of the lower blueberry buds, one on the salty plant,and 3 in the plant i hermied...
Here is the explanation of what happened, me and my friends always argue on whether or not to remove fan leaves so on this grow as an experiment i had one with no leaves removed, one with some and, one with all the leaves removed. The one with all the leaves taken off hermied on me and all week I been plucking out banana pods and well I guess some got open. Since Im not able to check that plant daily i decided to harvest that one early.
The results of the experiment are that the plant with no leaves removed has the biggest buds. Ive even noticed buds connected to leaves still on the plant with some grew more than ones i removed.
The good news with all this is that now Ive bred my own strain for the first time (blueberry x ?) and the seeds will also be feminized so woo hoo i guess. Here are some pics and ive noticed the burn on the blueberry as well. I wish i knew what the other strain is nobody seems to know though. Oh and this is 58 days 12/12 now. If you look close at the manicured bud you can see a few yellow pods.

its been awhile and ive took many pics along with some magnified ones.Its really difficult to focus on the buds so most the good trichome pics are of leaves. Heres just a mix of them.
