 The Church, I am looking for some help....

So I am growing the church, from feminized seeds my first time growing with a nice new sodium light.
I put them in plugs and they sprouted like champs and started to grow wonderfully. Through the first two weeks they looked identical, then one started to look awesome with new growth daily. That plant is green as can be, I love it and plan to clone it.
The other is giving me hell and i dont know why. It wasnt producing the growth of the other and the leaves were green but started to curl down. They almost have like a film on the leaves that the other doesnt have. Then one night as i was sleeping the top of it broke in half, I assume from the fan but the fan is on low. So i cut it off and hope it will come back, but does anyone have any advice?
