I'm in ban or no ban. That way I never have to leave my house. If this passes it will be one of the worst days ever for the african americans who live near me...Every possible place that you can imagine sells flavored wraps even if they don't sell tobacco you're bound to find the wraps there.

Now your asking a stoned man a bad question. I looked up the bill for about 20 minutes, and that was the fruit of my labors; Could I be wrong? Yes, but from how it seems the purpose of the ban is to get rid of flavors that advertise to children; Change the name so it doesn't attract children, and the tobacco companies will still be catering to their customers' needs. If I was able to see some possible way to bend it, I guarantee some law school intern at a big tobacco company saw it too, and I'm sure they could better interpret it. Still might not work though, just trying to chill the mood with info I saw.

Yea round here most of them like the flavored wraps. They all say they like the originals to seem cool or something but you always see them buying the damn flavored ones.
