Would it be redundant to have a "Marijuana Culture" subforum?

I'm not sure if that's the best name for it, but for instance, poke smot!'s thread that contains a blunt rolling tutorial should probably be kept in a forum other than the community forum, which seems to be just like The Pub, so far. The thread will get lost in the mess of personal discussion threads.

So I think we need a place where the culture of marijuana smoking can be discussed separately from the cultivation of marijuana.
