I don't think Alaska would be that shitty to live. I hear they are pretty laid back up there when it comes to laws regarding weed and such. Lots of land to dick around probably could throw some sick woods parties.

Is pot decriminalized?
Is it easy to find a job?
Do you get a check every year for living there with the piplelines?
How much more is the cost of living compared to the mainland?

for the smoke Im not sure, you should be able to look up the decriminalization online.  But most of the ppl I know there aren't heads so I might not be able to get those.

Cost of living is going to be higher, but I cant figure out exactly how much kinda depends on where you are.

as far as the check, from what I have been told, you have to be born there to get it, or live there for quite a while.
