i have a 150 watt hps light now to flower now that my LR#2 started....my question is how big of an area could i apply that to?

oh the dimensions are prolly 2 feet long by 3 feet wide and 4 tall

I would say 2x2' primary. 3x3' is stretching it. You'll need to keep the light fairly close. If you start noticing stretching, move it closer. 150W isn't much.
