Those are deff pot plants. But it is too soon to tell. You can tell one easy way I know of..is shorter fatter leaved plants usually are indica or mostly of. The thinner darker leaved plants, sativa.

I will go with an educated guess and say 50-50 sativa indica!
 just wait until they are flowering adn worry about it.
