I wish I could help but I'm not sure here.

Is the entire plant affected? Just the top? The middle? The bottom?

It looks like it's just the edges of the leaf? Is that right?

It dosnt look like any type of bug infestation, looks more like a Defeicency in something. Are you giving it nutes? and If you had bugs you'd be able to see them, they leave this peppering pattern on the leaves.

It also seems that your' baby is a wee bit on the verge of being root-bound, so you might want to transplant it.

If you suspect bugs get safers-soap.

the edge of the leaves are turning yellow, I thought maybe it was over nutes

over nuting should look more like a dark burnt color, the yellowing you have seems a natural reaction to lack of nutes.

I use Fox Farm Grow Big and my mixture is 4tsp/gal every watering for 1 month and then leach and I have no problems. It looks like you might be over watering. I stick my finger in the soil to my knuckle and if its dry I water.

IMO big bloom is best used as a supplement.  Look at the N-P-K ratio on the bottle.  It's almost non existant.  If you're flowering your plants they would be screaming for some P+K if that was all you used.
