Well, I guess I still know him, but I haven't hung out with him in years...He turned in to a crackhead I think. I was seeing the judge for my possession charge and he was in there...I had no idea it was this bad. Needless to say he went in first and I saw him sitting with his mom in another room and knew it couldn't be good. His ass it toast. I wonder how long he'll get?? Anybody know who has gotten charges like this before?? And this many??

I KNOW!!! I have never seen anything like that...31 of them bitches...I think I didn't count well but it's close enough. He was a good guy before he started doing whatever he was doing the last few years that I never saw him...Rumor has it that it was crack/powder cocaine.

Scares me...When I was 14-16 I got in to computer "crime" hacking etc...Well we exploited some sites and stole their credit cards from their 'bin'...They were just stored in a text file that was supposed to be secure but obviously wasn't. I ordered some things, but I didn't feel too bad knowing that I was a minor and wouldn't get in trouble...And credit card companies take them off as long as they can prove it wasn't them.
Then Bush had some new law where any act of crime on the internet is terrorism or some shit so I quit because I was 16. And moved on to defacing websites...Anyway, I can't imagine getting caught...I don't know what I would do...Probably have a shoot out with the 5-0 and run.

Got a credit card stolen once. Didn't lose any money but would have loved to have taken a baseball bat to whoever did it for the inconvenience and principal of the matter. Glad it wasn't you. lol

I had one stolen. And have had my credit wrecked by some jackass. Had a credit card opened in my name and over the limit...Took care of that then the son of a bitch opened 3 cell phones in my name which I'm still fighting to get off. Payback is a mother fucker.
I wonder if it was this dude...I just got chills when I thought about it. He could pass himself off as me...I mean as far as hair color and height...People don't look at ID pictures too close.
The most expensive thing I ordered I was too scared to go pick up...And then the police came minutes later...Neighbors were supposed to be out of town...They couldn't catch me I was invisible...MUAHAHAHAHA. JK

They usually go fairly easy on these cats for fraud depending on how serious...I don't know enough about it I may ask my sister to snoop around for me.

I know someone who had a 3page excel spread sheet of credit cards and SIN's and ended up financing like a dozen high end laptops and buying a whole bunch of crap... didn't get caught somehow though.

I was just talking about that. I used to do that...No big orders though except for 1 1600 dollar order that I did once.
We used to wreak havoc on AOL. We had people with empowered accounts that could pull info and they would pull credit information, we got them from holes in shitty websites that sold shit, we spammed people with fake messages saying we were so and so and they needed to renew their credit card information.
We were shitty. Ah miss those days. Is AOL still around?

Yup, fucked I'd say. I am sure the justice system does not look too kindly on people with offenses for identity theft and things of the like. That's a pretty big deal nowadays and I am sure that when they catch these people they want to make some kind of example since it "could happen to anyone".

From what I've been hearing over today he is a dumbass. He has been getting himself deeper and deeper and deeper in to more and more shit. So, I don't know that I can feel bad for him after hearing these things.
It sucks though I mean...Some of the charges will run along side one another, but even that being done he is looking at 4 identity theft felony charges, and about anywhere from 7-10 other felonies.

That is a lot of charges, but think of the charges.
Steal a credit card, use it, and sign the little screen. That is ID theft, fraud, and forgery all in one simple transaction.

Yeah but that may not be the case. If that were the case statutory interpretation could be in his favor.
If the case happens to be him stealing credit cards and say using the credit card holder's SIN # to finance stuff then possibly sending it to a house for sale waiting outside to sign for it and what not it would be more serious and the charges would be more accurate.

The lawmen are taking ID theft pretty seriously these days. Even if he get's by somehow, he will probabily never be able to get an apartment, or buy a car. He'll probabily have hell getting a job even at Walmart.

I had a boss under investigation for kiddy porn,
his comp was seized bc some bitch who worked there wanted money. When the DA looked at the comp she found pics of a chick with a shaved snatch and insisted the girl was under age. The charges finally got dropped but it fucked him up for almost a year.

that kid is stupid to get caught, oh well, i guess its better off that way. the AVP of my company was arrested for aggrevated stalking & domestic violence and now makes over 65k a year or more. AVP is a loosely used title in my company for whatever reason and is really like a department manager, where as a VP is the regional manger, per se, in lay-man terms.
