The good patches have a gel. You put the gel on a spoon and heat it over a toaster till it just about vanishes. The starting amount should never be more than a pea size for the first few times unless you are a serious opiate user. When all the junk evaporates add water, suck into syringe and inject.
To smoke you do the same thing but with aluminum foil over the toaster and once evaporated you light that shit and chase that dragon 
Smoking it is like nothing else. Not saying it's the ultimate but it is different.

Sounds wicked. The only time I have ever smoked an opiate was 15+ years ago a friend gave me a small ball of opium tar that I would add a little to the top of a bowl of weed and smoke. I can barely remember it but the key thing I remember was I felt nothing but good from it. I'm super sensitive to opiates and tend to get a lot of nausea from railing or ingesting them. I wonder if that is due to changes in my body chemistry over the years or is that the difference in smoking it.

You need to dissolve it in water then snort the puddle.

People like fent patchea so much they are willing to eat one that has been applied to skin..... I threw one away at a party and someone picked it outta trash n chomped down on it.... been on the patch for. ?? (Now that I think about it its longer then my 1st number) years now.....
