I heard about some b vitamin deficit maybe but I thought they were safe for the most part. At least in moderation and with sufficient oxygen along the way.

I hadn't read it in depth but a quick scan says it's healthier than a lot of things I do. lol
Coaster. Just weed alcohol and fun. That was enough for a Wednesday. But I do like them by themselves as well.
