I just checked on my seeds and it seams they are germinating, should I put them in some rockwool?

Now the hard part. If that's what you had planned then yea put them in some wool...Rockwool.

You should wait for them to have 1/8inch or so tails so you can plant them tail down... if they were germinating a day ago they're probably at this point though.
