I managed to get my bank to refund my fees so Im back to have 0$ instead of being negative
but then I have a credit card with 500+ and another one with 2000+
I just found out where I am living next semester though, so I am pretty excited about that and I should end up with a little pocket money left over. (keeping my fingers crossed that I can finalize the arrangements next week)

dude if you got $2500 in creditcard debt that works out to like 60 bucks a month you are flushing.
speaking from experience with $4500 debt, digging out is the fuckin worst.
make sure you are at least paying double your minimum. or else you will be in for a world of cash hurt come years 2-3.
i am that guy now. its expontentially harder for every dollar more you owe.

I hope that is some kind of joke. If I had the money to be paying them I would. I dont even pay the minimums on my 2000 credit card any more, I just dont have the money
Im going to try and pay off the 500$ card after the new year though

No. Especially not in Israel. Ive been there, done that, and purposely put myself in a situation to be returned to the United States. But have fun!

My advice is to stay here, but you will have to try it out and make your own decision. I dont understand why you would spend all the money to get there, serve in their army, ect just to get out of a better, safer country

Well I have lived there before and it was the time in my life when I was probably most happy.
