Blooming for almost a month and just alot of white hairs?

I know that the white hairs are a sign of budding but it seems if that is all it is realy doing is producing white hairs no buds.

the strain was unknown,and I am  a first time grower with a little knowledge in growing(the basics pulse a little).What do I look for when it come to the plants producing the bud itself not just the whit hairs.

Man this shit is killing g me I still have nothing but white hairs on some of my plants and they seem to continue to grow upward.And the other plants are starting to produce what looks like rosin glands.I thought that the budding only took 2 months,it has been over two months and I am worried about the plants dieing.Someone please tell me whats wrong.

a group of calyx's is a bud.

Here is a picture of a plant at 35 days flowering.

The first half of the flowering period of a plant is spent in creating pistils. The second half is when those pistils ripen and grow into dense pods.

1000 hps dude it came out of a shitty bag one of the shittiest bags i have had all year,but I have been babying the hell out of them that is why I am so worried.Its more like 1/2-2months

Yea man I just checked them out today and they look a little bite fuller than last night.The areas that are swelling up into what looks like bud smell very nice.But what I am worried about is that it is going to fill out in some spots bit not in others.I am pretty sure it is sativa but some plants look different then others(some have the bold/round leafs,and the others have the Sharpe thine leafs).Also I have one plant growing that came from a qrt of dank that I bought and it is doing the something as the other plants when it comes to budding.At least I think it was dank I wonder some times if some of the dank that I buy is just hydroponic Reggie.Can you make a shitty strain good buy the way you grow it and can you make a  good strain produce a bad fruit from shitty grow conditions?

Some of the best weed I've smoked is from shitty Mexican bag seed that was grown out with a bit of care.

That said, bag seed also has many disadvantages such as long flowering times and inconsistent growth patterns. I strongly suggest though that your next grow you seek cuttings or good seed stock. You will be much more pleased with the results.

Yea  man that sounds like my problem,and my problem with obtaining good seed is that I do not know where to safley oreder any from.

man this shit is still slowly growing and some of the buds are filling out and some of the other plants continue to grow upward and produce small buds that after it is dried would probably amount to nothing.

some strains (generally sativa) can take up to 14 weeks to mature, those plants look stretched as hell how far away is the light from them? what are you using as reflective material?

The reflector that came with the light.I really do not think it is my grow conditions slowing things down.The temp stays between 70-85,with 1000 hps sitting 3.5-4 feet over top the plants,I water them every other day

4ft is a considerable distance from the tops of your plants.

I believe 24inch is recommended if burning occurs (the same area)

personally I rock an AC and get that light really close.

a 1000 watt hps at 4 feet away gives the plants 10,000 lumens, thats what it wants. i didnt know the temp of the room was a factor in "light burns"??????????????????????, could you cite your source please.
