Anyone in Florida foresee medical marijuana coming onto our ballot in the next coming years?
the folks that run our government think that salvia is the worst drug to come along since crack. I am concerned that we will not see this come up anytime soon.

Its gettin there.Were gettin more states.its mostly west coast,but I think rhoad island,acouple others up there now michiganmthen hopefully ohio next year,theres alreadt a prop on it.I think it was denied 1 other time for us but I think it will pass this time.Anyway point is its gotten out east and its movin south.Newer younger people are movin in congress and the house of reps. find the group that wrks with florida and help them out.

Honestly we just got a lot worse. The law was recently changed from 75 plants to 25 plants or pounds is a 3rd degree felony 5-15 years

have you seen the congressmen and women who stepped up to the plate when mel martinez resigned his bid again for senator? they are all -30 on NORML's pot list (which is very bad)

florida has some of the worst mj laws in the country. very dissapointed. i dont think you'll see med here in a long time.

As someone who grew up and lived there for 14 years, I gotta say no....no it doesn't. That place is a shit-hole. Last time I went back to see family, it took 2 days before I realized why I left in the first place. Horrible weed, corrupt cops (and judges), idiotic rednecks, and too many evangelists.
