omg i got some weight gainer shit today. its amazing. im so full. one glass has 980 calories and 50 grams of protein. its like a meal. so when you eat it with a meal, you are full all day long.

do your research before you walk into a GNC store, those guys are as good as car salesman, they will have you buying all kinds of shit you dont need and dont want.
I recommend buying a blender and a bunch of fruit and making your own smoothies.

omg, i got a box of 12 x protein bars. the good ones, with 30g protein on sale for 8.37. those bars retail for like 2.99 each at gas stations. good purchase

'cytogainer' (but has creatine in it)
if you don't want creatine get 'real gains'.
two of the best. cytogainer tastes better than real gains. i'm pretty sure the people who make muscle milk make cytogainer which explains why it tastes so good.
my real advice: eat more food. real food is always better. i just started my month of no supplements yesterday. no whey, no creatine, no glutamine. just food and iron for a month for me.

and buy online, supplementwarehouse or something similar... usually cheaper.
buying at GNC is definately more expensive. but there is a perk. if you don't have the morals, you can always take any product back for any reason. so you could take a whole 'cycle' of weight gainer, and take it back with any excuse. sometimes people put flour or sugar in it or just leave a little at the bottom. it doesn't matter thought they have to take it back because it's their policy.

which brand? I like the Met-RX bars. Usually between 28-34g of protein depending on the flavor and very very tasty
