TIC- Im getting jacked

Hit the gym 2 days in a row now. Im definitely going to be getting beefed up. Picked up a box of those Met-RX bars and my mom is bring up some Whey Powder I had left at the house.

Yep official height is 5'10''. I hadnt taken an official weight and height in ages it seems like.

I was planning on doing monthly photos mainly for tracking my own progress but figured I might as well share

it's almost impossible for me to gain weight, in that pic i am 160... used to be 140.

and it was hard to gain that 20 pounds... i could eat all day every day (i do) and not gain a pound.

i thought about getting on Real Gains once. cytogainer is supposed to taste better but also has creatine. i just found out my cheap protein powder i bought at walmart has 6 grams of creatine per scoop... so right now i'm not taking anything at all (you're not supposed to take creatine supplements all the time, supposed to take cycles on and off).

right now i'm just eating right and taking no supplements. 3 more weeks and i'm getting back on whey and creatine.

If your gonna take creatine suppliments drink a gallon or more of water a day. or you will have the worst head ache ever.

nah, with creatine, use it every day for 2 months or so, then take a month off. using it just one day a week would be pointless and a waste of money. ignore the loading instructions as well. you don't need to preload. just start taking like 5 grams a day and do this for a month. wait awhile first though until you get serious and are sure you're gonna go to the gym at least 4 times a week.

with your whey, take a scoop of protein within 30 minutes after your workout (this is also when you would take creatine). you can take more whey if you want, but real food protein sources are better than protein isolate.


and yeah like highasfuck said, drink plenty of water.

I disagree about creatine use. I have used the stuff before. I have found it works best to drink about 45 minutes before you lift and yeah it dehydrates you like bitch.

I just need a way to fill up this gallon jug. I cant think up a method :shrug:

well you're doing it wrong. you are supposed to take creatine POST-workout (when uptake is best). do some research, i have. but i guess whatever works best for you.

also NO-Xplode and other workout supplements are crazy. you do get an insane pump, but nitric oxide supplements are supposed to be bad for the body and aren't supposed to help at all in the long run. :shrug:

What put a bucket inside the shower and collect it as it falls? And I dont like shaving in the shower. My little method works well. I quite like a hot shave.

i'd reccommend lathering and soaping up your face in the shower and apply the shaving cream while your face is still wet and warm. do your shave thing than splash with cold water.

cold water closes up your pores.

I dont know whats soo hilarious about it. I dont like shaving in the shower, I guess im weird. I much rather, shave, wash my face with some soap, then shower. :shrug:

Probably. But again, I dont really ever feel inconvenienced by it and it also conserves quite a bit of water since I just fill up a coffee mug with the steaming hot water

u should buy some caffiene energy drinks and drink them a half hour before you go to the gym. i do that and it helps me lift alot i think. I never go to the gym without a nice lil caffiene high :wink:

I am very proud of myself, started 2 days early and using today as my rest day

I am a big red bull fan and coffee drinker so that works out

I have just beefed up my calorie intake by about 3x what I was intaking and its meal replacement bars. Pretty good tasting.
