french can be difficult sometimes I get lost in my own language even if I read a lot

if you want to speak better with a wider vocabulary just start reading as much as you can as often as you can. you can read up on something that interests you, like pot. There is plenty of scientific and social commentary in blogs on education sites. Wikipedia something then start reading the sources.

lol I took up to french 3 in high school. most of it is a distant memory tho. Perhaps I should try to pick it up again.
