just got to this little training thing that I have from 8:30-5pm and this lady from my work decided to sit right next to me. I had planned on sleeping and browsing the 8 hours away, still do but still sucks

neither can i. I was up til 3 am last night until i figured out SQL server '05 hates vista as much as I do. Then up at 8 am to get to two meetings with profs. Now im sitting in class wishing i was still in bed.
This day cannot end soon enough.

i don't vista is hating my development setup right now. VB.net 08 is KILLING the boot time. Runs just fine on my XP box, but goddamn, my vista laptop is dying on me. SQL server 05 has known compatibility issues with vista. I thought i'd be able to get around them using a few service packs, but no go, looks like ill just have to write my apps on my XP box and deal with it.
