He was a mod I believe. But he isn't banned. He got a temp ban at one point but as of now he is a non-banned member. The other site is another matter... He might be permabanned there.

I don't think Hanky was ever a mod here... knowing the history between him and the administration, as well as what he did with information privileged to moderators at the Shroomery (without proper access, of course), I'm sure they didn't offer him a modship here.
