Have you ever asked yourself, if you are connected? You have connections everywhere, in every relationship. But are you connected to yourself? Even if you were to die this moment in time you would still have the connection to your loved ones, connections to your bills & taxes, but would you still be connected to yourself? What does it mean to be connected to ones self? Does it mean a complacent understanding of who you think you are? ...or know yourself to be?
