when me and my buddies get together and chill, be it smoking weed, listening to music, drinking, or whatever, it is almost universally known as a jam (not to be confused with a playing guitar type of jam). This is ofcourse the slang from where i come from (ottawa, ontario).
So im wondering, what are jams called in other parts of the world?

I live in Ottawa and I have never heard it being called a jam....I am not hip enough

hmm, everyone ive ever chilled with will usually call them jams. mebbe a diff neighbourhood? what are they called if not jams in ur part of ottawa?

Never really had a reason to name it. Asking someone "Hey, you wanna drop by and roast a few?" usually works.

If the only purpose of hanging out is teh weedz, me and my buddy call it "going on an adventure", partially because we like to use our own code around the common people...

yea ive called it "going on a mission" before, but thats usually cause we end up going somewhere completely random for a vague or unknown reason. hence, the mission

I like to use the term "Let's go get lost" in reference to getting a group of people, too many psychedelics, and no particular destination or purpose.
