cfl's yes, solo cups no. Buy at least a 3 gallon pot if you plan on keeping them alive all winter. Other wise you'll have to keep transplanting or trimming roots.
I think I'll start with solo cups to promote a strong root structure and then transplant into larger pots. I'd like to keep them somewhat stunted because i don't want to have to try and backpack a tree to an outdoor grow site. How many cfl's should i use? I have about 6 26 watt 6500k Cfl's. Would this be enough or should i get more?
