Depends on where you live. Here in WA, the psilo shroom problem is so bad most anything to do with them results in a felony.

I'm in Indiana. I think i would be screwed no matter what. You can't even buy beer on Sundays here. I have looked up the charges for growing weed, and i think I'm going to move to the next state over. They are for decriminalizing it, and my state wants to neuter you for it.
