OK. I just crawled under my grow to get to the other side and check how the plants are doing on the other side. I found this beauty! Have you ever seen anything like it? What's the technical term for this occurrence? i can't wait to see how this little bud develops. This leaf was in a really hard to get to spot about a foot above my head, and im 5'10. i had to hold the camera up in the air and take the pics. sorry no white balanced. I will update this leaf in this thread just for kicks.

That's a good question. I didn't even look to see which plant it was. Ive got em all twisted up and didn't follow it down. I didn't even look to see if there were others. But it's one of two strains (supposedly, we'll find out in a few more weeks i think) GDP and OG Kush. One plant is OGK for sure. I bought the seeds off craigslist from a dude in the SF/oakland area and the plants have been very healthy and vigorous growers with hermaphroditic tendencies. That could have been induced by my actions though. Today is day 20 of an expected 63 day flowering period.

i dont get it... i thought fan leaves didnt even grow much trichomes....
is that just a genetic mutation of a kickass strain???

its a very rare mutation ive seen it happen once in person and a once a few years ago at Overgrow someone else had the same thing happen...that is pretty kick ass tho...

I was looking at the picture and noticed that too. I didn't notice it when i was snapping the pics but whne the lights come on i will go back in and give it a more thorough look.

I had one of these pop up on my last grow, 0.0001g of the dankest bud ever haha! Weird that so many people are getting these lately. Here it is: 
Nice! As I've done a small amount or research on this it seems to be more prevalent among plants with great genetics that promote vigorous growth. That's just an inclination.
