being in a car accident and having 10 cops show up in a matter of minutes. I was the passenger and my brother was driving, he was sober. I was just a little blazed.
shit was fucking crazy son. this is after we got the car flipped back onto 4 wheels

I remember the first time I did lsd which wasn't long ago I got in a car wreck later that nite and was still seeing halos/candle flames from the street lights above the cops head

I was ok right after the accident. but now Im starting to get pain in a lot of places, my back, ankles and wrist.
Luckily I was able to get my younger brother pulled out pretty quickly. He was a wrecked.
Im shocked we got the car out. Those pics suck but that ditch is an 8 foot canal where there is normally water running

no offense, looks far from fatal. maybe i can't see the damage? any broken glass at least?
i'm sure it shook you up good though. that's always scary.

yeah usually it takes several hours or even a few days to feel how badly your phucked up. adrenaline and all that good stuff makes you not even realize how bruised you are. that's great you got your brother out. how old is he?

and how many times did the car flip/roll?
what was the speed in the vehicle ?
seatbelts?
from the look of the car I figured you'll be ok
You say near fatal ..what did you think/how did you think you would/could die ?

Maybe you dont live in a part of the country that uses canals. We hear stories about people dying in the canals all the time.
We were fortunate that this particular canal wasnt running water today or else there is no doubt we would have been in some trouble.
Normally there is a good 5-7 feet of water flowing. A those pictures were from after the car was flipped back onto its wheels.
we were probably only going 25-30 when we hit a bump that sent us into the ditch. Only 1 complete roll and a 1/2 roll
My brother is 16, he is on his drivers permit. He simply missed the right road, didnt see the canal and jumped it and flipped us

Those canals seem like a real bitch 
I bet your brother will remember this for a long time
This his first wreck/accident I suppose ..He'll remember it for long time
And yes it is sobering isn't it

Canals arent really the problem, I live out in the country they are required for irrigation. But yeah its a learning experience for him for sure and im sure he has learned his lesson and will pay more attention and what not.
I just twisted up a swisher so I will be feeling much better here in a couple of minutes
