Because it contains acetaminophen, then treat it the same way you would Tylenol.
Don't go over the limit of two grams per day.
In fact, I would avoid going over one gram per day.

If you want to get high from it, do a cold-water extraction and just take the hydrocodone alone.

It is definitely safer to do a cold water extraction but if you dont have a tolerance to opiates then you dont need to dose that much anyways to get high.

Anything is safer without acetaminophen.
If you're just using vicodin for pain relief, then follow the directions on the prescription bottle.

those seem really weak are they 5/xx? the 2nd number is the amount of APAP and as Andy was saying you want to avoid taking large doses of that.
I would pop 3 and see how you feel in 30 minutes. if you arent quite feeling good yet maybe pop 1-2 more.

You will probably be able to safely take 3-4 and get a serious high without tolerance. Might be better to start with two if you are unfamiliar with the drug.
It is a weak narcotic, but without tolerance even hydrocodone can hit you pretty hard.
Is the APAP 350mg or 500mg per dose? It's usually 500mg, if that's the case, then like andy said, don't go over 4-5 tops, and DON'T mix these sorts of levels of APAP with alcohol. You might as well just pull your liver out and eat it.

take glutamine and keep working out, eventually you won't get aches and pains from working out, it's only bad the first week or so. i personally enjoy them now, very mild and makes me feel like i got a good workout in.
