Motorcycle: SACHS 125CC Madass - should I buys it?

China has a limit of 250CC, and Sachs only makes a 50cc and a 125cc manual.

My other option would probably be a scooter or probably a Chinese brand motorcycle... most of them are 125 or 150CC.

Price is 1700 for a new one, or 1000 for a used one (which I'd get). A new counterfeit one can be had at around $750, but I don't know what the quality is like. Looks the same.

Silver 50cc (available in 125)




Thoughts? Would be for in town (Shanghai) use.
