multi-vitamins (not from gnc) - animal packs
thinking of getting hgh or roids
just started doing a 5+ day routine hitting up everything using isometric workouts where possible at least 1/3 of the time.

no-xplode is preworkout and so is superpump
cellmass and sizeon are both post workout
do you drink 2 drinks right before and right after each workout? or do you mix them?? seems kind of pointless to me.
my friend is taking superpump and sizeon right now and he loves them both. he is also taking a test boost, i can't remember which one.
glutamine is good, whey protein is good, animal packs are good.

I use whey isolate I was using some kaizen concentrate/blend and isolate is tons better.
well I was taking no xplode and cellmass before then I got superpump and sizeon as I was running out then I got a deal on no xplode and cellmass so I'm using both.
if I paid full price id only use size on and super pump almost everyone swears it's the most cost effective legal stack.
I think animal packs are the best thing I've ever put in my body. Feel so much more healthy been eating organic veggies too lately, get a good discount as my ex gf who I pretend to still be friends with works at a organic supermarket.
