 Trouble burning ISO/.Nrg files to dvd

I downloaded psychonauts, installed it, and it won't work without a dvd in the drive. Even if i have the ISO file mounted with daemon tools it still asks for it. When i go to burn in nero 7 all it wants to do is create a .nrg file. Created the .nrg file and tried to burn it to disc, even that wants to create a new .nrg file.
Any suggestions? This is the first time i've had any trouble burning an ISO file to disc.
