I've had success vaping with an oil burner pipe, as long as the diamonds are decarbed properly. If you're looking for a device to use with them, consider using the Novo 6 Ultra. The adjustable power and airflow regulation made it easier for me to get optimal vapor while maintaining flavor, which might work well for your Hash Oil Diamonds too.
