I use my computer a lot and extend my massage now up into my head and face and down the back of the neck. Very soothing!
Make sure you get your root too! It's actually quite complex, what I know now. I've been studying Traditional Chinese Medicine for over a year.
Take a walk if you can.

I had a dream last night, its a theme I've dreamt before, in which I'm driving and the roads get CRAZY. This time it was an impossibly huge bridge that was insanely steep, I felt like I was sitting on the back of my seat, hundreds of feet up, feeling like the damn pickup might flip over backwards. They're always stressful, luckily I managed to navigate it successfully and the dream mellowed out, but still very strange nonetheless.
Otherwise a lazy, uneventful, dreary Sunday.

Just adjusted me garden both indoors and outdoors. Growing going well so far this season! Gonna eat a weed gummy soon and finish reading my book by Paracelsus. Hope everyone is havin a blessed day!
