Hell, I like all em thangs. Sounds like you and I needs ta go fishin there boss man!
 
I used to use a homemade trap to catch perch to use as bait for bank lines. I'd bait the trap with a can of cheap azz kitty food from the corner store, stab holes in the top so the scent would leach out. You'd be surprised how well it worked, I would catch some pretty big cats with those perch in the bayou, this was way back in highschool! Mostly channel cats. Thems was gud eatin. Makin' courtbuillon mostly.
Can we do some drankin while we fish?

Havent heard of that, just seen online that it has some work in it attributed to Socrates, so I'll definitely have to give it a look!
I recently reread some of the dialogues of Plato, The Apology and Phaedo.
That whole situation just goes to show that the more things change, the more they stay the same.

You can do all the drankin you want. I don't drink much these days, fact is alcohol and I get along to well.
I catch and use a lot of shad and bluegill for bait over here in Va/NC.

I feel that, I get along too good with it as well.
I've had to cut back again. I seem to continually overdo it.
That and that shroom trip kinda straightened me out.
Try as I might, I've never been able to get anything to bite on shad. Thats inshore salt fishing though. You can catch a literal ton of them in a cast net, but they dont seem to attract nothin. Theres a species we call "piggy perch" that'll land stuff, and cut bait works good too, but those damn shad man...
I'm not much of a fisherman anyways.
