Up n post having some coffee right now
Thinking about work today, I have a couple road tests on the schedule this morning. It's been almost 2 months since I've road tested any new applicants. The last guy I tested SUCKED at driving lol. We didn't even make it 1 mile from the shop and I had him do a right turn and he ran the trailer tandems over a curb, that guy said he'd been driving for 13 years 
I dont think I'm too hard on the applicants, but paying attention when you need to swing wide on a right turn is a basic skill. I took that guy around the block and straight back to the shop and failed him. Go apply somewhere else, buddy
I dont know, I don't want drivers in our trucks that dont pay attention to what they're doing. Pretty simple

Lol, no I'm professional as I can be at work. The thoughts are racing in my head of letting them have it and telling them they are idiots, though.
Both drivers yesterday were real good, one of them was a lady from Missouri and she's going in our heavy haul/oversize division of my company. She's a veteran driver been driving oversize loads for 20 years

I bought two new Texts that present an Integrated Eastern/Western approach to Medicine!
I purchased a General Work and one regarding Obstetrics/Gynecology.
I feel like I am in Medical School.
I really needed the Western Perspective!
I was imagining all the Old Taoists preparing Medicine in Cauldrons over the Fire.
I still might say an incantation when I prepare the Herbs.

1000th poast celebration! Think I might make another shroomery acct and go let the pub(e) know!
Up and poasting, bout to make some moar coffee. Found some cheap instant called "Don Pedro" thats better than the others I've tried so far, especially nasty ass folgers. Been too lazy to make real coffee
Woke up, felt like my bladder was welded fucking shut, I hate holding a huge piss in my sleep. Felt good to drain that gallon off.
If anyone wants some fresh from the spigot let me know

Going to start carrying a notebook and pen, so that I can write down my thoughts during the day.
I was carrying one for a while last fall, and making an effort to write in it daily. Almost like a journal. Keeping track of what was going through my head.
I found it beneficial, Going to start doing it again.
Rite in the rain makes a good one. Holds up good in my sweaty pocket.

Herbal Formulas are fascinating.

If you are just lookin to replace coffee, but not necessarily cut out the caffeine, try "Yaupon Holly".
It's a native shrub that grows here in the South. Used to be quite popular in the 1800's. America's own native "tea".
I've harvested it numerous times, grows all around me. It's stronger than store bought tea, but not as caffeinated as coffee in my opinion. Certainly tastes better than store bought too.
If you dont live in Dixie, you'll likely have to buy it, but lots of vendors online.

I bought the book "Black Drink" by Charles M. Hudson years ago, its about yaupon. I know you like your studying, so I thought I'd recommend. Some native wisdom to add to your arsenal.
