Help with Bugs

Hi, I have some sort of bugs in my soil. I see them in the soil crawling around and on the streams. They are TINY I couldn't get a picture of them because they are so small. Hubby thinks aphids. My question is what can we do to remedy this? I'm growing autoflowers and it's my very first grow. Are my plants going to make it? We thought we had a PH problem or CalMag but I'm afraid it is bugs. Any advice would be great! Thank you!

Are they tiny black bugs that sometimes fly?
Also, can you not put macro mode on you camera and try to take a photo?

Aphids don’t fly and are orange. They move but not enough for the human eye to see it. Most likely fungus gnats like me. Potting soil has root fungus.
