No-bake Peanut Butter Bars

1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup honey
3 cups old fashioned oats

Combine peanut butter and honey and heat on low until viscosity lowers
Mix in with the rolled oats
Press into pan and let cool

I usually replace some of the oats with hemp seed for nutritional diversity.  Still working out exact ratios, main thing is you want to make sure the mix has enough pb/honey to hold it all together. The pressing step helps it hold together as well, use a good amount of pressure and be thorough.
