I think I saw a study that generally confirms that LSD does push heart rate and body temps slightly higher than mushrooms during the come-up, but not severely so.
6-apb on the other hand, has a strong inhibitory effect on serotonin, dopamine, and epinephrine re-uptake. It also facilitates the release of these 3 neurotransmitters. In this way, it can be extrapolated that it is probably mildly cardiotoxic, and shouldn't be consumed regularly or in high doses.
I personally haven't taken it since about 2016, even though I probably could procure some. I like having a functioning heart
