I've got to admit, that bread is pretty damn good.

Get this; instead of banana bread, you can make pawpaw bread!

A nice loaf of crusty bread (baguette, something like that) and some triple cream brie. Or if I'm real stoned, some Crazy Bread. Man, I haven't had that in forever.

I was actually planning to get a baguette this weekend, with some brie and smoked salmon.
I want to do some of these this weekend as an appetizer (and yes that's brie in the pic).

I used to make my own bread from scratch. It was delicious, but IMO not worth the work, kneading by hand sucks.
I like some really sour sourdough, it's my favorite by far.

I've got a bread maker that does the kneading for you, never used it and plan to give it to the salvation army thrift store too bad I can't give it to you. I've always found doing things from start to end is pleasurable learning experience.

Same here, my parents used a bread maker and I never had an interest. It takes all of the skill and experience out of making things.
