I had to quit energy drinks permanently, and can only have a small cup of coffee or black tea in the morning. I've been trying to ween myself off of caffeine completely, but that tiny cup of coffee is my reason for getting out of bed in the morning. 
Damn. Yeah I'd be totally done for if I tried to consume that much caffeine. I have one cup in the morning (regular size mug) and one energy drink a few hours later. And that was enough (on several occasions here recently) to send me over the edge. I finally did the math and realized that every time I started to feel horrible that an energy drink was the common denominator. Each and every time the energy drink was the last thing I consumed.
Good to hear you caught the issue in time before it got worse, Data.

I never drank coffee until this past year when someone close died, I had gotten them a keurig for Christmas and they died in january so instead of get rid of it I decided to get into coffee. I like making single cups after grinding whole beans. Kona is my favorite. I just now tried Cafe Verona(dark bean) and I really like it as well.
